I provide counselling and psychotherapy at Sun Pier House, Chatham near Rochester station.
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am a member of The British Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors, and am bound by their ethical code. I am insured and also hold an enhanced DBS for work with teenagers and those with special needs. My approach is humanistic, person-centred and integrative.
I have worked as a counsellor for MIND mental health charity and trained as a
bereavement counsellor with Cruse. I have a private practice based at Sun Pier House, close to Rochester station.
I have worked within the Arts for many years; in mainstream schools and Pupil Referral Units. I also have experience working on community projects, funded by the Arts Council, as an Arts Practitioner. I continue to provide Creative 1:1 sessions for individuals on a regular basis, from my studio. Being an artist has equipped me with personal attributes conducive to working therapeutically with clients.
