I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy on an outpatient basis. As part of my private practice I work with clients who have various psychological issues, learning disabilities, and brain injuries. I have worked in multi cultural environments, helping support international mental health initiatives in Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Lithuania and India. In addition I offer individualised training services, as well as consulting services in the areas of learning disabilities and programme development. My current focus on on-line therapies allows clients to interact with me in the comfort and privacy
I currently maintain a private psychotherapy practise focused on one-to-one therapy, on-line therapy, and consulting. I am currently accepting new clients.
I work with clients who experience, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Poor Sleep, Sexuality Issues, Learning Disabilities, Trauma, Major Life Decisions, Poor Self Esteem and Brain Injuries.
I believe that every person is different, thus I use an eclectic approach to counselling and psychotherapy. My approach includes influences from a psychodynamic, person-centerer, as well as a cognitive behavioural model. I believe that I am a guide that is there to help you discuss, explore, understand, and problem solve. We will work as a team on a journey towards self-awareness, mindfulness, exploration, and resolution of your difficulties.
Online Counselling offers convenience and additional privacy. There are no concerns about being seen walking into a therapist’s office, or bumping into a friend as you leave. You can also interact with your therapist without having to take time off of work or make up excuses as to where you are going.

Fees range from £40 - £50 for individual sessions.
For face-to-face clients, I currently charge £50 for for each session (non-EMDR sessions). EMDR sessions, due to their length and specialized nature, are charged at 100€ per session. For telephone/Facetime or Skype video clients, I charge £40 per hour for each session.
These fees are non-negotiable, however I reserve the right to make considerations on a case-by-case situation. My fees are adjusted to inflation once a year, in April. For online therapy sessions (Skype/Facetime or phone) sessions must be paid for in advance. For face to face sessions, fees are payable at the end of each session unless a specific payment arrangement is mutually agreed upon in advance. If there is a third party billing arrangement (insurance policies or employers), I will be happy to provide you with an invoice and sign the necessary documentation for reimbursement. However, all payments for treatment are ultimately your responsibility.
Regarding, consultancy work, fees is determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the needs and degree of work required.
