You can learn effective Coping Skills and Life Skills for certain issues, or discover why you just seem to be going round in circles. The stages go at your pace, and you won’t believe how you arrive at the 'new you' at the end.

Our rooms are off Victoria Avenue. Walking distance from the high street, at the 1st set of lights where The Blue Boar Pub is, turn right down East Street (before Prittlewell Station/ The Railway Tavern) we are 50 metres on the right. Easy to find and very convenient, with free parking in Lay-by outside St Marys Church.
