Training, qualifications & experience
We are fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellors and Individual registered members of the BACP, (RMBACP). Our therapists are qualified with a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. We have extensive experience working for counselling and mental health services including, GP Surgeries, Mental Health Day Centres, Counselling Charities and private clinical practice.
Our specialist training includes employment related stress, bullying, workplace conflict, anger management, bereavement, depression, low mood, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loneliness, low confidence, emotional, psychological and mental health issues.
We also have clinical experience of historical sexual, physical and emotional abuse, Macmillan Cancer counselling, Armed Forces Mental Health first aid, domestic and sexual violence and abuse. Bereavement, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety, clinical depression, health anxiety and eating disorders etc.
Our team also has specialist experience in Nursing, Social Work, Law, HR Management, Education , Addictions, Charitable organisations and Primary Health Care.
