The Kade Consultancy is a division of the Educational Guidance Service based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our staff are qualified counsellors and psychologists with experience in a range of therapeutic and counselling approaches.
We follow the Codes of Conduct of our professional bodies - The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). We are signed up to the Mindful Employer Charter which promotes well-being at work.
We are happy to work with individuals and organisations to provide counselling services and employee assistance programmes. We are able to work in educational and clinical settings and at our confidential and private dedicated counselling suite in Halifax.
We have three counsellors and three psychologists who are involved with the Kade Consultancy who use a wide range of counselling and psychological therapies and approaches including Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Family Therapy. We use a Brief Therapy model with the usual number of sessions being six - but this can vary.
