Tess Elliott UKCP registered
I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in Hook Norton. I am also a clinical Supervisor.
I have a wide range of experience of issues such as self esteem, relationship issues, carer issues, anxiety, trauma and identity issues.
I offer a warm, empathic, and confidential space for us to work together. Together we will explore what you bring and agree how we will work together so that you can understand and make sense of the issues you bring in a mutual, non- judgemental relationship. I believe the quality of our relationship to be central to our work.
I abide by the ethical guidelines of UKCP, Metanoia and the EATA (European Association of Transactional Analysis) and believe in the uniqueness and worth of all individuals.
I always suggest we have an initial session in which we can explore what you are wanting from therapy and whether we both feel the support I can offer is relevant at this time. This could lead to an agreement to work for a short period of time or we could agree to work for a longer period of time to explore issues in depth
If you feel this would be helpful please do not hesitate to contact me and I look forward to hearing from you.
