I work integratively which is using various therapy approaches which suits the best need of you the client.
I work in a non-judgemental way and try to understand the world from your point of view and to help you with the process of leading a much fulfilled happier life.
As well as running my own private practice I also work within NHS as Esteem Team Leader, the team work holistically with patients enable and empowering them to get their needs met. Alongside this role I work in a hospital setting in-reach service supporting cancer patients and their carers/loved ones.
My previous role within the NHS was a Self Help Coach, which empowers people to deal with the stresses and anxieties in their lives. I also delivered group workshops to patients who are diagnosed with long term health conditions using positive psychology and various therapeutic techniques to help them cope with the emotional stresses of living with long term health conditions.
I work very closely with GP's and other health professionals as a private referral gateway, ensuring the best service is delivered to patients.
I have an advanced diploma in hypnotherapy, previously working on a project to deliver hypnotherapy to patients within the NHS who have been diagnosed with IBS.
I also deliver Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is great for helping cope with pain, phobias, craving, low self esteem to name a few. I also incorporate Mindfulness which has been proven through numerous studies to lower levels of stress, anxiety and depression.

My experience includes 5 years working as a voluntary bereavement visitor at Mary Stevens Hospice. Employed as a counsellor at Freshwinds Hospice working with patients with life limiting illness. Hagley GP practice counselling patients with a wide range of issues. Round Oak Robins where I continue to work on a voluntary basis helping children and their families accommodate the death of someone special to them.

I charge £45.00 per therapeutic hour and offer concessions. Please contact me direct to discuss any concessions. Hypnotherapy £60.00 per hour. Supervision £50 per hour one to one, group supervision available contact for fees.
I offer weekend and evening appointments.
I also work on Blaze FM offering advice to listeners and have recently been interviewed by The Guardian Newspaper for the work I carry out as a Self Help Coach helping people to cope with the stress and anxiety in their lives. My work has also been recorded by the BBC for the work I carry out for cancer patients at City Hospital in Birmingham and Sandwell General Hospital.
