Life can seem overwhelming at times, do you feel like the only one who isn't managing to juggle all of life's expectations? Are you having difficulty in maintaining healthy relationships with the people around you? My aim is to provide a warm non-judgemental space where you will feel safe to look at your past experiences and recognise how this still reflects in your relationships today. I work in a person centred way which will enable you to find the best way to manage your feelings and patterns of behaviour in relation to those around you in a way that works specifically for you.
I am a Humanistic/Integrative counsellor I specialise in substance misuse, self-harm,eating disorders, anxiety and depression; I also have experience of working with couples and anger management. The assessment session is free so you have nothing to lose if you want to come along for a chat just give me a call and we can arrange a time suitable for you, and take the first step in making that change.
