I am a fully qualified Therapist & Supervisor an accredited member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working in Tonbridge mainly with some availability in Cranbrook Kent. In Tonbridge I am within walking distance from the train station, close the centre of town in an easy to get to location. I am experienced in working therapeutically with individuals, couples and groups in a variety of settings including schools, community settings and in addition to my private practice I work in acute mental health settings. I been awarded a regional award from the national charity Mind for my work.
I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space, for people, to explore, express and reflect. I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach and provide counselling to reflect this, working within the BACP ethical framework.
I have a number of years experience of working with a wide range of issues and diagnoses including; anxiety; management issues, bereavement, trauma,child related issues; depression; loss and grief; suicidal feelings and self-harm; personality disorders; low self-esteem; relationship difficulties, separation and divorce;work related issues and anger management.

I work within the BACP ethical framework drawing on a number of different theoretical approaches to suit you as a client. I maintain confidentiality and my work is supervised in accordance with guidelines given by the BACP.
Your therapy may be for an agreed limited period or open-ended. In either situation the timing of the ending of the counselling relationship is important
Hours of Work: I offer flexible appointments to accommodate clients often busy schedules working with adolescents and adults on a 1:1 basis, and also couples. I am able to offer evening and weekend appointments as well as day time appointments. Cost per Session: £40.00 individuals £50 Couples.
