I am a registered integrative counsellor. My counselling experience is built on the humanistic approach of person-centred therapy. Person-centred therapy focuses on you ‘the person’ to enable authentic autonomous change. I believe in enabling clients to bring about change that is right for them through exploration and awareness.
My experience to date has been working face to face on an individual basis with clients across a wide range of ages, this has blessed me with the opportunity to experience many client concerns, backgrounds and cultures, as well as appreciating the variety of client concerns and individuality.
I practice in adherence with the BACP Ethical Framework. A copy of the framework can be found here www.bacp.co.uk . I receive regular one to one supervision as required for ethical practice.
My private practice offers a comfortable, quiet and safe space. Within easy reach of the M27, with private off-road parking.
