I am a person-centered counsellor and work with individuals and couples in an integrative way.
I am able to accommodate each individual’s unique needs working through unhelpful feelings, thoughts and behaviours in a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential environment.
As a counsellor I aim to help clients understand the difficulties they experience and help them to manage their life more successfully.
I have worked with a vast range of people and recognise the individuality and diversity of each person's problems. Therefore, I am flexible and able to create unique strategies to help each person according to their specific needs.
