Are you worried about something? Is that ‘something’ preventing your progress and development? Has the constant feeling of sadness and despair taken over your life? Have you given up?
If you constantly find yourself feeling dejected or overwhelmed by feelings associated with despair – please take action immediately! (for your own sake).
You only get to live in this world once – no one should have to spend the limited time they have feeling stuck.You would be surprised at the difference establishing a line of support and trust will make to everyday life – with the right help, you can close this chapter of sadness and begin anew;
My practice is committed to restoring hope, passion and self-belief – empowering your mind and soul to help you fulfil the dreams that were taken away from you.
Having been through the counselling process myself, I can honestly say that it has made me the person I am today. By opening up, I was able to grow and against the odds and achieve my true potential (the potential I had spent so many years doubting).
It is amazing how a boost in confidence and self-esteem created a ‘snowball’ effect – now I leave my energy with those I interact with.
As an integrative counsellor since 2011, I offer both short term counselling and also open-ended therapy. I have a broad background of experience working with a range of clients in agency and charity settings and now several years in private practice.
I work with a diverse range of clients with many different issues including anxiety, trauma, depression, bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, low self esteem, loss, divorce, sexuality and personal development.
I offer free 15 minutes consultation on phone.
