About me

I offer you a warm, friendly and confidential space for you to talk about what ever is worrying.  My interactive approach is tailored to your needs. You are an individual!  I will help you access your own inner process. We all experience difficult times in our lives, for some it can be an event, a crisis, for others life can feel like an ongoing struggle of hopelessness and or without meaning.

I would like to assist you in understanding and noticing blocks which may be preventing you from moving on in your life.  Identifying reoccurring patterns and to support and encourage you to manage these and life's challenges.

Building your own inner strength will enable you to grow towards your goals and life's purpose.

For the past 20 years I have been involved in personal development, health and well being. I would like to assist you in gaining some insights into your problems,  enabling you to see things with more clarity and understanding.  I am interested in supporting you to access and clarify your own answers and to action them.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training began in 1992, I studied various forms of massage including Swedish massage and Tuina. I became increasingly interested in personal development and the mind body connection. This led me to attend many workshops with the late David Grove and Dr.Ernest Rossi. Later I gained a Certificate in Existential and Person Centred Counselling at East Berkshire College and continued my training with Nicola Richter at the Academy of Spiritual Attitudes and Awareness where I gained a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

In 2005 I set up a private practice as a Solution Focused Therapist in Canary Wharf. I also delivered long term therapy at the Kingston Womens Centre, where are worked with women of all ages presenting various problems including anxiety, depression, relationship problems and eating disorders. I supported the local parish church offering counselling to parishioners.

Since 2000 I have been a student of the Dao Hua Gong School of Qigong  with Master Zhixing Wang  where I continue to study various forms of meditation for health, well being and spiritual development. I have travelled extensively in China to deepen my understanding of the Qigong practice and the ancient culture.

Currently I offer: • face-to-face sessions in a relaxing atmosphere. • Weekends and late evening appointments available • Home visits and Skype by arrangement *parking permit available.
