Profile

I am a qualified life coach and counsellor currently working toward an Msc in Psychotherapy at Middlesex University. I am a member to The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the Institute of Transactional Analysis.

I am based in Breaston, Derbyshire, Close to Junction 25 on the M1.

I offer counselling and coaching to help my clients meet their full potential or deal with issues that are getting in their way, such as anxiety, depression or anger.

I use techniques drawn from Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Performance Coaching.
