Suzanne Worrica M.A. UKCP MBACP
15-23 St. Pancras Way
Thank you for clicking on my profile. My name is Suzanne, I want to start by reassuring you that whatever has brought you to be reading this, we can work together to understand what is happening and I can help you overcome this. You may be facing emotions, thoughts or feelings that are causing you distress and you may not understand. Counselling with me offers you the space to explore and deal with these thoughts and emotions.
How I Work
I offer short-term and open-ended psychotherapy. This means I offer clients sessions over a shorter period (2-3 months) or I can offer ongoing support for as long as you need.
I am a Gestalt therapist, this describes the type of counselling I am trained in and offer my clients. Gestalt therapy is a creative therapy that can help you make sense of the difficulties affecting you, find relief and ultimately grow. If you are feeling disconnected from life, I can support you to recover your self-belief and energy for life.
Why Choose Me
I offer each of my clients a safe, emotionally supportive space, we will use our time together to explore beliefs and patterns of behaviour that may no longer be helpful to you. My therapy room is a place where you can safely practice new ways of being you.
I have many years experience in the mental health field. My interest and experience include:
- developmental and event trauma
- loss and grief
- generalised anxiety
- relationship difficulties
- growth and change
- sexual desire
- belonging and themes of mixed heritage identity
