I hold a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling (COSCA accredited) and have completed 5 years training. I have 4 years experience working with clients who have a range of emotional problems such as depression, post natal depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, anger and bereavement. I can provide short or long term counselling/psychotherapy, depending on your needs.
I am a member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and a Registered Member MBACP of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I abide by the code of ethics and professional practice standards and complaints procedures of UKATA and BACP.
I am registered with Data Protection.
I am committed to my Continuing Professional Development and have monthly Supervision with a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist Supervisor.
I offer a free half hour assessment session where we can discuss your issues and work out if counselling/psychotherapy would be suitable for you.
