Susan Marr MBACP (Accred) MCIBS

I qualified as a counsellor in 2007, drawing on over 20 years experience as a mentor and coach. I have also completed specialist training for trauma including EMDR. I have extensive business experience. In addition to counselling for individuals I provide coaching and mentoring. I have been approved by London Business School as a contributor to their Executive Development Programme.
I have experience of working short term with a goal oriented model as well as long term with clients. The approach is determined by client need and choice.
Clients can expect:
- a safe environment
- my commitment to support them without making judgements
- to be recognised and accepted as unique and individual
- challenge where it is of benefit
- an opportunity to explore
What I ask of myself in my work and life is to hold true to my personal values which include integrity, respect, tolerance, acceptance and honesty.
The heart of my work is the relationship and trust built between me and the client.
