Susan Leslie MBACP Accred, UKRCP Reg
Discover how you can improve your life and make positive changes today in a quiet, rural setting. I help my clients with a range of issues, including coping with depression, learning how to reduce stress and ultimately how to cope better with anxiety.
I offer a peaceful, rural space in which we can work together to discover how your past may be impacting on your present, and how you can choose to change the way you live your life.
You can explore your inner-most feelings in a confidential environment, at your own pace.
I offer both long and short term face to face work. I work during the day, between 08.00 and 5.00' with adult clients of all ages.
How counselling works
Counselling is not about giving advice but about enabling you to see how you can change your life by changing your behaviour. You can't change others, you can only change yourself.
