“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” - C.G. Jung
When problems become overwhelming it can be hard to make sense of life or know where to turn. At times like this it can be helpful to talk to someone who is professionally trained to listen and help you make sense of things. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). Over the years I have seen the way that people benefit from being able to talk over their problems knowing that that they won't be judged but will be listened to in a way that enables them to reflect upon their situation and bring about change in their lives.
“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart." - C.G. Jung
As well as helping people through difficult times I also offer counselling for personal development enabling people to discover more fully who they are.
I welcome enquiries. Email by clicking the link above and I will get back to you as soon as I can to arrange to speak to you on the telephone or to book an initial consultation. I believe that having a good relationship with your therapist is important and the initial session will give you the opportunity to ask questions and see if you would like to work with me.
