I am a qualified accredited counsellor with 20 years experience working with children, young people and adults.
During my 20 years of continuous practice I have developed specialisms in child and family counselling and addiction. I have worked extensively with anxiety and depression and psychological trauma stemming from abuse.
I offer a confidential non-judgmental counselling service for children, teenagers, individual adults, couples and families. I offer a regular space and time for you to explore any issues/problems that may be causing you stress or anxiety and help you find new ways to live your life more effectively.
I have 10 years experience of delivering group work in addiction issues, anxiety and depression.
I am also a Counselling Supervisor, Trainer and Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have 20 years experience of working in the Voluntary Sector with individual clients from age 5 upwards. I have worked for Relate, NICAS, Threshold, Contact, Carecall and Nexus and have gained a broad range of experience working with all relationships (couples, parent child, siblings), addiction, self harm and suicide, anxiety and depression, sexual abuse and bereavement.
I have helped clients to resolve underlying causes for symptomatic behaviours and to find the resources and coping strategies to live life unburdened by the past.

Subsequent sessions: £40 (50 minute session)
Supervision - £45 (90 minute session)
Reduced fees for student counsellors requiring supervision or personal therapy
