As an experienced counsellor I am here to help when life brings challenges and obstacles that prevent you from living your live the way you want to.
Things can be tough for all of us at times; there is an uncertain economy, the daily challenge of work and home responsibilities, and the trials and tribulations of life’s ups and downs. We can all find ourselves stuck in a difficult or painful place, and sometimes we need help to find to ways of making positive and effective change.
At SimplyCounselling, I help my clients to explore the difficult issues they are going through, and work with them, to find ways of solving life’s problems by making better use of their existing skills and resources.
Positive and effective change can enhance our sense of wellbeing, and help build our resilience so that we can cope better with the stresses of life. Some of the benefits can be that you can begin to:
- Make decisions about how you want to live your life.
- No longer feel stuck, powerless, defeated and trapped.
- Work through feelings of discontent and find motivation and purpose.
- Feel freedom from fear and destructive patterns of behaviour.
- Break the habit of victim thinking and instead feel empowered.
