Thank-you for taking the time to look at my profile, my name is Sue and I am a qualified person centred counsellor. It can be very daunting trying to find a counsellor to suit you and taking that first step can be a difficult one, as you may already be feeling anxious and vulnerable. I can offer you a safe non judgemental confidential space where you can discuss any issues or problems that may be troubling you. sharing those thoughts and feelings being listened to and being valued will I hope give you a better understanding of your true-self and enable you to move forward.
The perspective that I work from recognises that we are all unique individuals with the potential to grow and develop into the best we can be. the sessions are non-directive which means that you are in control and decide where you want to go with the support of the counsellor every step of the way.
