I offer a range of therapies, which I discuss in further detail with you, to agree what may be useful. I integrate this full range of therapies in your unique tailored sessions.
Counselling for all issues
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) useful especially for anxiety and negative thoughts.
Bereavement Counselling for loss and grief.
Alcohol Reduction/Abstinence Counselling for changes to improve health and lifestyle.
Emotion-Focused Therapy for all issues especially for depression and relationship issues of all types.
In line with good therapeutic practice, we review progress and helpfulness, with no set min. or max. number of sessions required.
The positive effects of therapy can be long-lasting, making it easier to cope with daily and future life events.
Sessions are held confidentially in a designated counselling room within the therapeutic and confidential surrounding of of 8a Wilkinson Walk, located conveniently in Market Drayton town centre. A stair lift is available and ample parking nearby.
Daytime, evening and weekend sessions are available.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, MSc Counselling Psychology, with an extensive professional development history in counselling across the range of therapies I offer. I am a Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In addition to my private practice, I am an NHS GP surgery therapist and have prior experience in charity counselling for bereavement and addictions issues.

One to one sessions are £40 per session (one hour).
