Sometimes talking with someone other than a friend or a family member can help you to get some perspective on what is going on in your life. Whatever your issue - anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, bereavement, panic attacks - we can work together to address what is causing you difficulty in your life.
I am an experienced counsellor and I can provide a comfortable, confidential and safe environment in which to talk about the issues that are concerning you. Together, we can decide how long we will meet and how I can best help you.
I aim to establish a counselling relationship and an environment within which you feel safe and are encouraged to explore whatever issues or concerns you bring. I will work with you respectfully and without judgment; I will try to understand you and your experiences and I will be genuine in our relationship.
Having worked in a commercial environment for over 25 years, I can also help you work towards achieving your work/life goals using tried and tested coaching techniques. If you feel that this is appropriate for you, we can develop a plan for how you can work towards attaining your life goals.
