Hi, If you have got as far as looking at this page you have already decided that you would like to at least explore whether counselling would be right for you.
Counselling can help you to clarify situations, it is often useful to be able to talk through whatever may be causing you anxiety or is creating an imbalance in your life. Speaking with someone who is non judgemental who is separate from the situation and can listen to you, in a safe and confidential environment can help you to see more clearly, and importantly help you to feel more in control of your own life and situation.
Sometimes, we all feel lost or lonely , even when we may be surrounded by supportive family or friends, a listening ear who is separate from your day to day life , can help you find the way through, and clarify how you want to go forward.
I have been in private practice as a counsellor for over 12 years now , and have worked with a large number of clients, young and old, male and female, on many diverse issues, relationships, depression, divorce, stress, anxiety, phobias and work issues are just a few.
It may be that we just work together for a few sessions, maybe for a long time, it depends on you as an individual and your needs.
It is important to find the right counsellor for you, someone you can feel at ease with,, and really listened to . If you would like to have a free 30 minute appointment to see whether we can work together please give me a call and we can arrange an initial assessment , there is no obligation to continue and it might be that another agency or counsellor would be more suitable so I can point you in the right direction.
Please feel free to call me on 07771590810 or email on firstname.lastname@example.org, to arrange you free consulation .

I understand with busy lives sometime people can not make a face to face appointment every week, maybe due to working away or family commitments, and this is when Skype or telephone consultations can be invaluable, after the initial counselling relationship is formed.
