About me

I am a holistic, humanistic counsellor/psychotherapist working within a person centred framework.

I can use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help a client become aware of their negative behaviour so that we can explore further in our sessions.

I offer working in a pure CBT approach if required.

I offer short-term and long-term therapy.

I work face to face with children (parental consent is crucial), young adults (16-25), and adults (25+). I can provide counselling sessions via skype and over the phone if and when a contact has been established.

I facilitate couple mediation to help couples decide whether they would like to engage in further couple counselling.
