We can all face difficult things as we go through life, and often find it hard to talk about our issues or find the right person in whom we wish to confide. As a professional Counsellor I will provide a safe and comfortable environment whereby you are free to be yourself and explore your thoughts and feelings without any prejudices or judgements.
I work with young people and adults on a one to one basis maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Initially I begin with the Person Centred Approach but will integrate elements of various other models to suit individual needs. The Counselling process will aim to empower the client to make any choices or changes they believe necessary.
