Do you need a confidential, non-judgmental space, where it is safe for you to explore and experiment with a different way of being in the world? I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a peaceful setting between Reading and Maidenhead. I am able to offer both short term and long term work.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy; for information about criteria for membership you can go to www.bacp.co.uk. I am also a member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA).
Training, Qualifications & Experience
BA (Hons) Nottingham. MBACP. I have successfully completed four years training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.
I have experience of working with clients with a wide variety of issues including difficult relationships, stress, trauma, depression, abuse, childhood sexual abuse and low self esteem.

Further Information
Our first session will be free and is an opportunity for us to decide if we are able to work together. Subsequently,our sessions will usually be on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes.
Free parking is available immediately outside.
