Profile

I have many years experience in counselling both in education and in my own private practice. My practice has evolved over the years, from working with families with children with special educational needs, to individuals and couples facing difficulties.

Often life can be overwhelming, and the person-centred counselling I offer is a good way of actively helping ourselves through the problems we find ourselves faced with. Counselling can be a very powerful tool in helping us to take time to reflect and gain focus and clarity about our feelings, and reach an awareness and understanding of our experiences.

My consulting room provides a relaxing environment where support is given to enable you to work through whatever issues have brought you to counselling. I work as a non-directive facilitator, aiming to offer you alternative perspectives and give you the time and space for resolution, reflection or acceptance.
