Beginning psychotherapy is an important step. In an initial consultation I can help you to decide if this is right for step for you at this point in your life. In our work I can help you to identify your strengths and areas in which you would like to make changes.
I am an experienced psychotherapist and organisational consultant. I offer brief time limited and in depth and open ended psychotherapy. I also work with couples. I work with people from all works of life and who have a range of life challenges from moderate to severe. I am a member of a network of psychotherapist and I would be happy to refer you on if this is felt necessary.
