About me

About Me

I qualified in 2007 from the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University and have worked with adults in both NHS and private practice for a number of years.

I am skilled and experienced in helping people recover from problems such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, worry (including generalised anxiety disorder), phobias, past trauma and low self-esteem.

I offer a range of psychological therapies including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches to help you get better as quickly as possible.

If you wish to discuss your needs, you can contact me at Stuart@onegiantleapcoaching.com or on 0191 284 9111.
