We all need a little extra help and support at difficult times in our lives. Many of us can find this within our families, amongst close friends or from a helpful work colleague. However there are times when we have no one to turn to, times when we need something more than friendly advice. Maybe you need a different viewpoint or just to express feelings you have been unable to voice. Someone to help you find your way through a tough time, a bereavement, redundancy, divorce, symptoms of depression, stress or relationship problems.
If this describes where you are right now, then please give me a call. My style of counselling is very much based around the unique relationship that can develop between a client and a counsellor, a therapeutic relationship based on a non judgemental, empathic and confidential approach. A relationship in which you are empowered, listened to and treated as an equal.
