I am a male counsellor working with adult clients on a range of issues including:

Relationship issues, Trauma and Abuse.
My experience includes having worked in a variety of settings:
- a GP health care centre

- a service supporting those affected by crime
in addition to now seeing clients in my private practice based in central Maidstone.
I offer sessions on Mondays (both daytime & evening available) at
The Maidstone Community Support Centre - www.mcsc.org.uk
I work with clients from many different backgrounds, regardless of age (18 and above)culture, religious and/or spiritual beliefs, sexuality and gender identity.
I am committed to regular ongoing training as part of my continuing professional development and attend monthly supervision. I am a registered member of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework.
My service is confidential and non-judgemental
I am what is termed a Person Centred Counsellor, that is to say a I hold with the belief, both as a therapist and too as a human being, that the solutions to the difficulties and challenges we face in our lives are to be found ultimately within ourselves. My aim is to provide a safe, therapeutic space and relationship within which each individual client is able to experience the emotional and psychological support he or she may needing whilst enabling the process of being able to focus and work on those issues prominent in their life right now and which has lead to them coming to counselling at this time.
