Stephen Coram James
I work privately with people of all ages, from home in Stratford upon Avon and a Counselling room in Moreton in Marsh and in Cheltenham.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help individuals overcome specific issues in their life or to help identify the causes of low mood, depression and/or anxiety, and put specific strategies in place to help overcome them. My approach also helps my clients to work on areas of their life that maybe less clear.
I am an independent member of the BACP.
My approach encourages energy & motivation.
I feel it important to build an excellent counsellor/client relationship.
I offer a complementary 30 minute meeting in order to help clients decide if my approach is one they would find helpful.
