Stephanie Passam HND Registered (MBACP)
Feeling anxious, stressed emotionally upset or depressed? With the right support and working through it together it is possible to create that so longed for change within your life. Why not make a free twenty five minute appointment for an open discussion?
I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor/therapist and have trained and worked with survivors of abuse for several years. I also work with people who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and emotional issues, which with support and working through it together will promote a sense of "Wellbeing" as well as the longed for changes within a persons life.
I have twelve years experience working within organisations, charities and private settings, therapeutically supporting people from many different backgrounds
The Psychodynamic approach focuses on unconscious processes, which can manifest in a person's behaviour, and therefore could affect a person's life in the here and now. Psychodynamic works well for people experiencing any of the above criteria as it deals with past experiences, going back to the root of where it began. By bringing unconscious to conscious it allows for exploration of hidden agenda that can be blocked. Once unblocked healing is able to take place.
