Profile

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a private practice based in Stratford upon Avon and surrounding district. I am also a partner in Therapy Challenges, providing continuing professional development seminars to mental health professionals. I have use of counselling rooms near the town centre in Stratford upon Avon.

I work with individuals (18+) who could be experiencing difficulties in any area of their lives; typically anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, physical or sexual abuse, low self-esteem, work-related stress.

Although Person-centred by training, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods where applicable to enhance the therapy.
