We provide private counselling and treatment services for anyone wanting to make a positive change to their health, wellbeing and lifestyle. Our counsellors specialise in working with alcohol, stress, depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviours.

Alcohol Detoxification Programmes - supporting you through the process of alcohol detoxification and take steps toward health and wellbeing.
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) - providing you with a space to develop new levels of awareness and make changes to thinking, feeling and behaviour.
Integrative Counselling - providing you with a safe space to explore, discover and clarify ways of maintaining emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Addiction Counselling - helping you make sense of addiction behaviours so that you can make informed choices and decisions and establish healthier lifestlye habits.
Relapse prevention counselling - helping you develop coping strategies for daily living underpinned by the goal of maintaining healthy habits, routine and structure.
Brief Solution Focused therapy - helping you find solutions that work for you and keep track of your journey.
CBT for Lifestyle balance - helping you make healthier lifestyle choices that provide a buffer against stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Training, qualifications & experience
The Spectrum team is comprised of highly trained, experienced professionals with a variety of educational and training backgrounds, including integrative counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, addiction counselling, counselling psychology, social work, occupational therapy and nursing. All counselling practitioners are accredited members of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and/or an equivalent recognised body. Our staff operate within BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice

Initial 30 minutes consultation is free.
Individual counselling sessions start at £50 per session.
However, we do offer a reduction per session if you decide to choose one of our counselling and/or treatment packages.
Flexibilty: Spectrum recognise that people have busy lives. With this in mind, our counsellors will ensure that appointments are booked at a time to suit your personal needs.
