My aim as a counsellor is to provide for you a safe, caring, warm and welcoming environment to minimise these fears and anxieties, I work to empower my clients to take better control of their lives.
I am a qualified counsellor; I provide counselling for individual brief and long term treatment in either English or Spanish.
My counselling practice utilizes a variety of approaches based on the unique and individual needs of each client. I use a strengths-based approach and work with the client to help them identify the goals they have for themselves.

I am a graduated counsellor from SERC College and I am an accredited member of BACP. My experience includes working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I integrate many different approaches depending on each client’s individual needs. I ensure that safety, empathy, non-judgement and confidentiality are at the core of my approach.

Cost per hourly session is £35
There may be a concessional fee for a student/trainee or a person who is unemployed.
