Everybody is unique and will come to counselling for very different reasons.
My aim is to adapt to you and your specific needs drawing on different theoretical approaches.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to step back from your life in order to explore and clarify any issue or difficulty you might be experiencing in a safe and respectful environment.
Taking up counselling can feel like a huge step so please feel free to get in touch with any questions you might have.
Sessions are available in English or French.
