Siobhan Howse. Dip Couns/Reg (MBACP)
I am a humanistic counsellor and my core approach is person-centred.My hope as a person-centred counsellor is to offer you a space where you can explore your feelings and emotions in a safe non-nonjudgemental way. I will always ensure that the relationship is a collaborative one and you will remain at the centre of the work. I trust in my clients that they can make their own choices in life. I will always work to my client's agenda and not direct the session in anyway.
I can understand that it can be very difficult to talk to family and friends in a time of crisis and this is why I hope to offer you a different type of relationship. One where you may will feel warmth, listened to and understood. One where you will be valued and appreciated unconditionally.
