Crosshill Business Centre
Main Street, Crosshill
I offer opportunity for exploration of past and present issues through the use of a range of art media in a safe, welcoming and confidential environment.
My experience in the NHS and voluntary sector has been with a wide range of clients from all walks of life. Many have suffered traumatic experiences, abuse or neglect, are struggling to cope with certain aspects of their lives, or manage mental health symptoms. For me, the most important part of therapy as a result is establishing a trusting relationship before attempting to explore any deeper emotional issues creatively with a client.
Some clients simply want to learn more about themselves through increased creativity and self-reflection, having previously held an interest or become accomplished in art making.
