Talking Matters.
I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist, trained counsellor and associate of the BACP sticking to the principal that a problem shared is a problem halved.
I work as a mental health psychotherapist within the NHS in Portsmouth however I live on the Isle of Wight, running a private practice in Island Harbour Newport.
As a therapist I'm trained to listen to you in a way that helps you to listen and understand yourself in greater depth. I have extensive clinical practice including working with over 65s and dealing with root causes of depression, abuse, addiction, poor sense of Self, relationship issues and couple work.

I work in the evenings Monday to Friday 5.45 onwards.
