I am able to offer a gentle, reassuring service for those who are experiencing difficult emotional issues in their life. Perhaps resulting from a recent or past traumatic event such as divorce or bereavement, a long-standing battle with anxiety or low moods, or simply feeling ‘burnt out’ with it all, it’s sometimes easy to forget how vulnerable the human mind can be to the challenges of everyday life.
I have experience of both short term counselling (6-12 sessions) and longer term psychotherapy working with clients from a wide variety of cultures and life issues.
I have an Integrative approach to therapy, I am able to draw on my transpersonal training to work creatively with my clients whilst valuing their own experiences.
Regular weekly sessions within a confidential, and safe space sets the scene for change and exploration.
I am a member of the UKCP and bound by their code of ethics.
