Confidential Counselling based in Swindon Old Town, London and Central Reading.

My website gives a detailed description of the way I work.  

I offer a free consultation, so that the client and I, can confidentially discuss the issues they wish to cover. It enables me to decide how I can help the client in the best way possible. The client is then able to understand the process that will follow if we agree to meet for a set number of sessions. Usually, we agree to meet 6 times and we review the situation during the 5th session, so that the client is able to finish, or decide to continue in the 6th week.

CERTIFICATE in Existential and Person-Centred Counselling.

DIPLOMA AND MA in (Psycho-Dynamic) Psychoanalytic Observation

Continued Professional Development in Humanistic psychotherapy and CBT.

I QUALIFIED IN 2008 AFTER 6 YEARS OF TRAINING.

I am more than happy to meet for an initial discussion without any pressure to continue
with counselling. I follow the ethical framework for good practice of the
BRITISH ASSSOCIATION OF COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY and am an associate member.

The majority of my training was at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust which is a recognised centre of excellence.
