There are many and varied reasons why you might be seeking counselling at this time. Life can sometimes feel very difficult, it could be you are facing a major problem or situation which is making you feel overwhelmed. You maybe feeling generally unhappy or dissatisfied with your life or relationships, whatever the reason for you visiting my profile together we can explore your feelings through counselling.
It could be a specific reason why you are feeling low or sad or even depressed, it could be you are feeling stressed or worried about something or be feeling generally out of sorts emotionally and physically again together we could explore your feelings through counselling.
Coming to counselling can feel overwhelming and scary but as a qualified counsellor I can help you to feel at ease to explore your feelings and worries openly in a way that might not be possible to do so with friends or family. I will listen to your concerns, understand and not make judgements, you may find this really helpful and releasing.
My approach is Person Centered and I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (MBACP). I am committed to do the work I do. I work to the code and practice of the BACP and I am covered by professional liability insurance. I am DBS checked and have full safeguarding and child protection training.
My practice is based in Rugby in a fully accessible building conveniently located near to the town centre.
