Coming to counselling can feel overwhelming and scary but as a qualified counsellor I can help you to feel at ease to explore your feelings and worries openly in a way that might not be possible to do so with friends or family. I work to the code and practice of the BACP and I am covered by professional liability insurance. I am DBS checked and have full safeguarding and child protection training.
