I am person-centred psychotherapist and counsellor and work with clients who are people struggling with many different aspects of their lives. This has included Depression, low mood, anxiety, low self esteem, self harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues and much more. My clients have consisted of children from age 12 - up to the more mature client.

I have experience of working in youth centres, schools and colleges with pupils and teachers. Also Wellbeing Centres where clients are referred by Mental Health Services and GP's.
