My name is Shagufta and I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I have experience in working with individuals, groups and families who have experienced Mental Health difficulties including anxiety and depression.
I work with a Person-Centred approach, however I do offer other therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Motivational Interviewing.
I choose to work with your needs and what is most suitable for you to reach your desired aims and goals for the therapy. There are no time constraints to how many sessions you commit to, as I offer long term and short term/brief therapy.
I have experience in working with diverse and ethnic minority groups and speak fluent urdu for clients who have language barriers. I offer a safe and confidential space for my clients to explore their issues at the pace that's most comfortable to them.
