Hello, My name is Gina
At Serenity: We have a team of qualified and experienced therapists to provide private therapeutic support such as Counselling, Clinical Supervision, Life Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy. All at an affordable price, without long waiting times, and no set amount of sessions as sometimes one session to explore and reflect is enough!
Your Self Care & Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, so we also offer a range of holistic & alternative therapies, as well as training and CPD courses. Everything you need all under one roof.
It is our passion and commitment that we offer you a safe, secure space in beautiful surroundings to be heard and explore what's going on for you, without judgement.
What to expect: As part of our initial session carried out by myself as a qualified and experienced Person Centred Counsellor and a registered member of BACP, you can explore the unique support we offer at Serenity Self Care & Wellbeing, and we can create your very own support journey that is unique to you.
This initial session is free of charge and I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments.

Training, qualifications & experience
All of our therapists are qualified and experienced in their own field.
As the assessing Counsellor - I am a Person Centred Counsellor that works in an integrated way as I have training and experience in other theories. This allows me to work alongside you and match my style to yours, adapting to your needs.
Alongside my training and experience of working with adults I have experience and training in family dynamics, relationships, and working with children & adolescents.
