Profile
I offer long or short term counselling for a wide range of issues from a holistic, integrative perspective. I offer reduced fees for low income clients and for daytime sessions.
I am a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor working in the NHS and in private practice. My approach is humanistic and transpersonal, which means that there is room for creativity and spirituality in my work.
I am also person-centred in the sense that my priority is to create a conducive space for your own self-discovery and healing without imposing my own views or beliefs. My aim is to support and facilitate clients through their own unique process to a place of greater clarity and integration. Many psychological problems derive from inner conflicts and disharmony between different parts of ourselves, and Psychosynthesis is particularly helpful in healing these internal rifts. Please see my website for more details.
I am experienced in short term solution-focused therapy through my time limited work at Barton House General Practice in Stoke Newington. I also see long term clients with bereavement issues at CARIS Islington and long and short term clients with a wide range of other issues at my private practice at Moving Arts Base in Islington and in Dalston.
