It can be confusing trying to decide what type of counselling would suit you. Emotional Therapy is a very 21st century approach to counselling as it is holistic insofar as it treats mind, body and spirit of equal importance. It is gentle and supportive and focuses more on root causes rather than simply developing coping strategies. That is why I chose to qualify in Emotional Therapy.
In addition to being a qualified Emotional Therapist I am also a full healer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and so healing can be integrated with Emotional Therapy if desired.
You can find out more about me, about Emotional Therapy and about healing via my website.
